About two weeks ago Ollie our Aussie found a new family member in the back yard - a kitten, scared and hungry. Of all houses around here she shows up in our back yard, the back yard of a family half of whose members are allergic to cats. Well, we had to take the cutest little thing in and guess what, those of us who are allergic are not having a problem with this little kitty. So we took her to the vet to get her checked out. She's healthy except for a kitty cold. She's also got a big hernia that needs fixing and she was probably the runt according to the vet since she is so small. We all fell completely in love with her - guess it was meant to be. Here are some pics from this morning.
